Industry experience includes serious incident investigations, internal auditing, Safety Management System composition, fleet safety monitoring and reviews, operational change management, oversight of vessels regulatory compliance, and developing on board management, training and customer service systems.

Since formation, McKenna Maritime has established a proven track record in cargo damage, personal accident, and serious incident investigations on behalf of P&I Clubs; as well as standard cargo survey/inspection and draft survey services etc.

McKenna Maritime is owned and run by Capt. Brian McKenna, a Master Mariner with 6 years command experience, and extensive on-board operational experience of different vessel types.
